Pumpkin Waffle 


Yields Approximately 1 Waffle (1 servings)


1/4 c. Ground Oats

1 tbsp. Brown Rice Flour  

1/4 tsp. Xantham Gum 

1/8 tsp. Baking Soda 

1/8 tsp. Salt 

2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein 

1 Egg

1/3 c. Almond Milk, Plain 

1 tsp. Coconut Oil 

1 tsp. Vanilla 

1/4 c. Pumpkin Puree 

Heat waffle iron. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, until well combined. Pour batter into waffle iron, cook until golden brown (or whenever the waffle iron signals it's done). Sprinkle cinnamon on top and drizzle with 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
