Protein Packed Pancakes


Yield 6 Pancakes (1 serving)


2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 

1/3 Cup Egg Whites

2 Tablespoons Ground Oats

1 Medium Banana (Mashed)

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder (Optional) 

1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

1/4 Cup Sugar Free Syrup



1) Mix Protein Powder, Egg Whites, Ground Oats, Mashed Banana, Baking Soda, and Cocoa Powder until smooth. 

2) Heat pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. 

3) Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan and allow to cook until bubbles form on top. Flip Pancake and allow to cook until golden brown. 

4) Top Pancakes with peanut butter and sugar free syrup. Enjoy!
